  • A 65% deposit is required before production begins.
  • The deposit covers initial project costs, including materials, labor, and preparation.
  • The remaining 35% balance is due according to the terms outlined on the final invoice and delivery schedule.

Payment Methods

  • Checks and ACH/bank transfers are accepted.
  • Credit card payments may be available for your convenience.
  • Credit card processing fees may apply and may be the responsibility of the customer, subject to applicable laws and our payment terms.
  • All payments are due according to the terms outlined in the customer’s invoice or agreement.
How Ordering Works

Every Auto FX Props order is reviewed before production to help ensure the right products, proper fit, and a clear plan for delivery and installation.

1. Build Your Order
Select the products and options you’re interested in and submit your proposed order through the website.

2. We Review the Details
Our team reviews your selections for completeness, compatibility, and any restaurant-specific requirements. If something appears to be missing or needs clarification, we’ll address it before preparing your estimate.

3. Receive Your Estimate
Auto FX Props will prepare an estimate outlining pricing, anticipated production timing, shipping or delivery details, and installation requirements.

4. Confirm Installation
Your estimate will clearly explain whether installation can be provided by Auto FX Props or whether installation will need to be arranged separately by the customer.

5. Approve & Submit Your Deposit
Once you approve the estimate, the required deposit is submitted to authorize the order.

6. Production Begins
Production begins after the estimate has been approved and the required deposit has been received.

7. Built to Fit Your Project
Because every project can have different equipment, site conditions, and installation requirements, submitting an order through the website is the first step in the process rather than a final purchase. Our review helps make sure the details are right before your order moves into production.
